I tried to set up slide master to automate the process of inserting pics and
having the title appear as "always on top" to make captioning easier.
Unfortunately, with every new slide the title is always covered by the new
pic, which I then always have to "send to back". What am I doing wrong?
Using XP Pro and Office XP

You're not doing anything wrong, it's just that when you insert things onto a slide, they come in on the upper "layer."
