Has anyone seen or heard of this behaviour?

During a slide show, moving your mouse activates the arrow but as soon as
you choose the pen, the slide show drops back to edit mode????

Thanks in advance for your suggestions

No, using regular PC's in a classroom. The behavior I described occurs on
only two of twelve PCs configured in the same "manner"

Thank you, will ask our IT tech to inspect the PCs and update the drivers.
