Slide size - make half of 8.5 x 11 page?

I've created a help card that is the size of half an 8.5 x
11 page and need to get rid of the extra white space - is
there a way to do this?

Slide size is controlled by the settings you set under File > Page Size.
However, something tells me that doesn't answer your question. However, the
question is not clear. Do you mean that you want to fill in your slide with
color? Do you mean that you are trying to print the slide and want it to
fill the paper in your printer? Please provide more details.

I have a need to print it on half an 8.5 x 11 sheet and
then I need to display it on the web as a full page - in
either a .ppt file, saved as a web page or even a .pdf.
Sounds like I need to make one for the printer (utilizing
half an 8.5 x 11 sheet) and make one for web use with the
page setup of 5.5 x 4.25 and resize everything to fit the
screen at that size. Correct?
