Slide Sorter View Loads Slowly

Someone in our office is having problems when going into slide sorter view -
the slides load extremely slowly. The presentations run normally, this only
happens in sorter. They are running PowerPoint 2000. Thanks for any help.

Try changing hardware acceleration.
