Using PP2003 on Win2000.
I would like to insert on a slide a slider control, where I could use
textboxes to put numeric or text rating scales (e.g. 0,2,4,6,8,10, or
"strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, strongly agree"). My goal
would be to collect information from my team in real-time, and capture their
answers on the screen (on the slide) instead of wrestling with flipcharts.
I found two Microsoft slider controls in my VBA toolbox; for version 5 (SP2)
it tells me that I don't have a design license so I can't insert it on my
slide, and the version 6 slider goes on the slide, but doesn't work as
expected- it shows up in the upper left corner in presentation view
regardless of where I put the slider in design view, and it only adjusts in
increments of 5, even though I set the property for small changes to 1.
Is there a different standard slider I should be using, or something I need
to do differently to make the MS slider work in PowerPoint?
Many thanks in advance,
Keith
