Slides to iPhoto

I received a Powerpoint slideshow via e-mail. Real nice pictures. Is
there a way to get those photos into iphoto? Any help is appreciated.

Several ways come to mind

You can copy the image and paste it into any graphic program and then import it
into iPhoto.

If the PP show is play only, you can capture the image either with Grab to give
high resolutuion tiff file or with CMD-Shift-4 which produces a PDF image.

Hi Joe,

PowerPoint can save the presentation as a series of pictures.

From the File menu choose Save As
In the Format drop down choose JPEG or PNG
Click the Options button
Check the box to save the presentation as a series of pictures
Set the dpi to a high number if you want high resolution pics
It would probably be a good idea to make a new folder and save inside that
folder, else your pics could be splattered all over the place in whatever
folder you choose.
