If using FP2002 or FP2003, you can use the slideshow format of the Photo Gallery component.

Thanks, but I want it to run through the pictures. I created a slideshow in
PowerPoint, followed the instructions from previous posts on how to bring
that into the website but as far as I can tell the person viewing the site
has to click on the .html link in order to see the slideshow. I would like
the show to be plaing (and appear smaller) at all times.

Not possible.

Thanks, Eleanor, but these instructions do not appear to be for slideshows
that advance themselves. Am I missing something?

FP 2003
I want to post a slideshow that automatically advances through the slides
(easily created in PowerPoint). The other thing is that I do not want it to
take up the entire page, just to be a small square constantly flipping
through pictures on my home page.

Thanks.

What you want to do could be accomplished with Flash.
