Slideshow mode and Hyperlinks

I have creaded a slide show that i navigate with the arrow keys. When I get
slide 9 I have a hyperlink that I want to click on. I take my mouse to click
it and it moves to the next screen. I need to be able to click on the hyper
link in slideshow mode and it work. How do I do this?

Hyperlinks generally work just fine in Slide Show mode. What did you do
to create it? What version of PowerPoint are you using. When you move
the mouse over it, does the mouse cursor change to a hand? What are you
trying to link (text, a button, a picture, ...). One common mistake is
to create a button with text in it and make the text the hyperlink
rather than the whole button. Then if you click the button, it won't
work unless you are right over the text.
