Slideshow Transition Speed

I have a presentation that will not run at the times specified during
"Rehearse Timings". When I get to the 2nd slide, the timing for the words
to appear is slow and then faster later on. This then affects all
subsequent slides. Does anyone know how to correct this?

when you have made the presentation and have used the
Rehearse Timings, let play first the presentation two
times, after the auto playing you will see that all the
images and fonts are laoded. The slide presentation will
show than the real speed, you most all ways, play the
presentation before you give the presentation by speaker
or auto to see what the real speed is.
