slightly shrink a table

I need to just slighly shrink a table enough to get in one more row. I don't
want to really change the whole format because then the table won't match the
rest of the tables. Sizeing handle only shrinks it by width, not height.
I'm still pretty knew to all this computer stuff. Windows XP with Basic
Office Word 2003. Any help out there? Thanks

Hi, Grandma! :)

Are you asking about a table in a Microsoft Word document? If that's
the case, you need to post your question in one of the newsgroups
devoted to Word. This one is devoted to questions about Microsoft
Access, the database program, and it would only be by chance that you
would find someone here who knows the answer.

On the other hand, if your question is about Access, could you clarify
it a bit? I can't make sense of it in that context.

Hi Dirk - You are right, it's a Microsoft Word Program. Do you know contact
for Word 2003? Thanks - Grandma's Trying

I'm not sure what web page you are posting from, but there should be a
place -- either a panel on the left where you can navigate through a
tree of available newsgroups, or a dropdown list elsewhere on the page
from which you can choose a newsgroup. All the Word newsgroups have
names that begin either "microsoft.public.word" or just "Word",
depending on how they are being displayed for you. I see that there's a
group called "Word Tables" (actually named
"microsoft.public.word.tables") that ought to be a suitable place for
you to post your question.
