When I published in FP 2000, my uploads where rather
quick. Now, everytime I make the slightest change to my
site in FP 2003 and publish the site, it takes 2 hours on
a DSL line. It appears to be doing a complete upload and
going through all pages and pictures. I have checked the
box which indicates to publish only changed pages. What
am I doing wrong?

Did you, at least once since upgrading, select Publish All to get the webs in sync
- also try finding and deleting the web cache files (*.web) associated w/ the local and remote site

Thanks for the reply. I did publish the entire website.
Were would you suggest I search for the *.web file?
Also, what does this file do?

By default it's in
"C:\Documents and Settings\%USERprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache"
