Outlook 2007 on Windows 7
Changing between mail - calendar - contacts suddenly seems to take ages.
I thought it might be the firewall or virus, but it isn't.
Any ideas?

Thx. I should have waited.
I uninstalled my firewall/antivirus/antispyware and replaced them. Made no
difference of course.
I should have stayed with Thunderbird, but I'm too committed to Outlook to
go there without major effort.

This started happening with me with the last updates pushed out by MS,
even switching between
folders in my e-mail view takes a long time now. Followed lots of the
suggestions to try and
improve this, nothing.

We will just have to wait for MS to come up with the solution. No big deal
once you realize it's not just us.
