Slow email

My email loads really slow, 30 mins or more and freezes my computer while
it's running. How do I fix?

Do you have anti-virus software installed? Does it scan your e-mail
traffic? If so, disable it (and any other security software that
interrogates your e-mail traffic) and retest.
