Slow Excel!

I have a 1,990 KB Excel 2002 SP3 Workbook that takes for ever to open, save,
update on my Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz, 1.00 GB RAM PC.



Are there any simple tricks I can use to make this run faster?
