slow grid on form in Access 2007/Vista

I inheriteid an app with a data grid on a form. The performance was
acceptable in Access 2003/XP, but is VERY slow in Access 2007/Vista. A one
second operation to populate the grid in Access 2003 takes about 15 seconds
in Access 2007.

Are there any known issues that I should be aware of?
