Slow Load and Exit

I have a cient with one of weirdest Word problems I have run across. Every time the application loads and exits it takes up to 90 seconds to complete the task. It doesn't matter if I am loading a document or anything - it just matters that I start or exit word. I have duplicate systems on the same network with little installed and all else works fine including Word on those machines. It is just this one. I have minimized startup loads and other typical truble shooting things. Please advise via email if you have any thoughts

Is this person running Norton Antivirus, if so go into the options and turn
off the Office Plug In.
