Slow notes update from Project to PWA

Hi

Sometimes when a user creates a task within Project 2003, adds a note to the
task, assigns it to a ressource and publishes it, the note might not be
invisible to the ressource from within Tasks in PWA.
Typically when this happens, the note shows up later on, e.g. within a day.

Since notes are used intensively, I really need a solution for this. Can
anyone help me with this?
