Slow Opening documents when 'View Windows in Taskbar' is ticked

Hi,

I have a toolbar created on the taskbar and when I open one excel document
from the toolbar it opens fine, the second document I open has a delay
opening this document. If I untick 'View Windows in Taskbar' option the
documents opens without any delay.

This happens on various computers, running XP Proff, Excel 2002 SP3 and I
can recreate the problem on all documents. The documents are not big around
30kb.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a Windows OS related issue, but you've posted to the group for
Excel on the Mac. That's one area we probably can't help you with, but try
