I have a user who is running WinXp. He is trying to open an excel attachment
from Outlook 2003. It takes about 4 or 5 minutes but it does finally open.
Others can open the file just fine.
Is there any known issue with Office 2003 products conflicting like this?
If there is, what is the fix?
