We've been looking at using Infopath to extend our use of WSS, and while the
feature functionality is great the speed is stagnent... the initial opening
of Infopath, then downloading the form and rendering can take up to a minute
sometimes more, not an acceptable amount of time for entering or viewing
data... is there anything that can be done about this? I'm using the preview
of SP1 and I've tested on a machine in the same switch as the server...
doesn't seem to make any difference that from over the WAN... I'm not
loading very much data in the secondary sources (two sources 1 less that 100
single column entries, another about 2000 single column)....
