I have a few users in the field that have been complaining about the issue of
doing a save as in Word or Excel. When they do a save as adn click the drop
down box it takes a few minutes...yes minutes for the folders to appear.
There are about 4 0r 5 users and they all have Dell Lattitude D800's running
XP SP2 with Office 2003 SP1. This has happened on the network plenty of time
and the way I get them around that is to click the "up one level" button a
couple times first. That seems to work byt that's not even a valid answer.
If nyone can point me in the right direction I sure would appreciated it.
