Turn off "instant messaging" Q290025
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290025

OL2002: You Receive the "Cancelable RPC" Dialog Box When You Use the Meeting
Planner Options
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324374

- Uncheck all planner options per article Q324374 (see above)
- Create hosts file on client. Q258495 (search technet for 258495)
- Change rpc binding order, remove every protocol that
you are not using and have tcp/ip first. Q163576

I meant to add this:

Try turning off the "Instant Messaging"

Open the TOOLS menu
Select OPTIONS...
Select the OTHER tab

Turn off the check mark next to "Enable Instant Messaging
on Microsoft Outlook"
