Using Outlook XP, I have the preview pane turned on, and
when selecting different emails, a delay of upto 30
seconds can occur. I've tried MANY different things
detailed in the list below, however the delay still
occurs. I have identical machines that don't have this
problem.
* I reinstalled office
* I tried removing my Anti-Virus software
* I've disabled as many features I could from outlook
including MSN.
* The PST file is usually located on a network share. I
tried moving the file to the local C: drive.
* I created a NEW PST file, and moved all old settings
from old PST file to new PST file. (The old PST file had
encryption turned on) The new file does not.
