Slow startup

Hi ,

We are having issues while starting outlook2002 in a
2000/2003 windows domain with exchange 2000, and outlook
takes upto 25-30 seconds to fully open the mailbox. It is
happening on all the users who are member of the domain.
I dont see any issues if the user is not a member of the
domain and accessing the mailbox. I am not sure if any
policy is effecting this. Has anyone seen this kind of a
problem or is there a way to exactly tell what policy is
doing this if there are more than few policies applied to
the domain.
