Slow to print envelopes

When ever i try to print an envelope with word 97 it takes forever.
Other machines have no troubles, in task manager csrss.exe and
spoolsv.exe are using 100% of my processor. its a 2.8ghz, 512mb ram,
windows xp pro. Last week it didn't have any trouble at all, now its
extremely slow. Where should i start checking for problems. I haven't
made any changes to this machine for over a month.

The clue is spool.exe hogging the processing. Delete the printer and
reinstall it first making sure that you have the latest available drivers
for the printer.

I did delete the printer and reinstalled it, now its back to normal....
don't figure... Now i can start my day fixing the normal issues.
