Slow to repond

To anyone
I am experiencing a slowness in my Outlooks command
reponse. Toggling b/t email to email my computer is
taking about 4-5 seconds to comply with my request or to
show me anything in the preview pane. Plenty of memory
left on my hard drive....so that's not it. And i have
turned off my Virus program to see if that is the cause,
that's not it either. Help this is frustrating.

If you have Outlook 2002, go to Tools -> Options -> Other and turn off
Instant Messaging integration.
