slow to save before sending

I can not figure out why one of our outlook takes time to save a simple text
email before sending it.

We are using outlook 03 SP3. It is connected to a microsoft exchange server.
It is the only one acting like this in the company.

Any suggestion?

Do I need to reduce one of this file? If yes, witch one and how?
