Sluggish Hotmail In Outlook 2003

I have just upgraded to the new Outlook 2003 as I thought
it was about time I got to grips with the bigger email
package from Outlook Express. I use hotmail as my main
default email so have set it up within Outlook. However
clicking between messages is very sluggish and slow.
Can anyone give me any advice

It is indeed a bit slow but have you already downloaded all messages? This
also increases the speed of the account. You can also disconnect from
Hotmail by using the File menu. Outlook won't poll Hotmail anymore and
you'll Outlook will read directly from your cache which is lots faster as
well.
