Small 203 Staff - Need to Use a Central/Common MS Outlook

Have a small 2-3 staff business. Need to establish a centralized/common
calendar and contact manager system. The MS Outlook and exchange server
environment is outside my scope and price range. What other options do I
have using MS Outlook? Again it needs to be centralized and shared by the
staff.

Do you use a network with windows server? If so, Sharepoint services is an
option.
