Small Business Accounting 2006 - Word Templates

I am creating a custom invoice and need access to more than just the few data
fields that are listed by default. how do I easily access the (all) the
fields I need?

Performing this for a client.

What service pack level? With sp2 there were 16 user defined fields added
(Manage Word templates).

I'm having the same issue, trying to find the "Class" field to use on the
template. Is there a list of ALL fields that are passed to the Invoice/Sales
Order Templates?

They are currently on SP1.

I have SP3 on my PC, yet I only have Memo and Reference in addition to the
original fields.
