Small Business Management Edition 2006

I think I lost the last post. My new Small Business Management Edition 2006
will not install. I've tried the noraml way, and even gone to "My Computer"
and trying to exe from my F Drive. Whenever I click the DVD drive it just
locks up and normal shutdown procedures do not work. Any ideas here?
