I have 2 small improvement for Outlook 2003.
First: Let user move multiple messages to junk e-mail.
Your junk e-mail options are one of the best way how to stop spams, but it
is very hard to use when you get a lot of spam messages, because you cannot
select multiple messages and set them as blocked. You can only move one
message to block list. It will be useful if you improve this function to
enable it for selected multiple messages.
Second: Improve/Develop spam connector between Exchange and Outllook.
I would appreciate if there is any opoturnity to set global black list on
Exchange. My idea is to have a option in Outlook like "Add Sender to Global
Blocked senders list", which move the selected address to global blact list
on Exchange, thus no exchange user get mail from these addresses in the
future. Junk emails can be stored in special mailbox or public folder for,
let me say, 30 days (it can be specify). I know that there are advantages and
disadvanteges of this solution, but this basic idea and the opoturnity to
have/to enable will be very usefull for a lot of small business
administrators.
Thats my ideas of improving junk e-mail options.
