Small incremental movements

I am totally exasperated!

Can someone please tell me how within Word 2003 you can move items such as
text boxes and lines, in small incremental amounts?

Currently the smallest increment is about 3 millimeters (1/8†Inch) and I
would like to get the movement down to less than one millimeter.

Hi Kiv,

Use the arrow keys together with the Ctrl key. This nudges objects one pixel (= the smallest amount you can see in the current zoom). If that's still too much, zoom in first.

Also, pressing Alt overrides the grid, which can be helpful.
