smart client - office 2003

i've created a smart client for outlook xp, like you find it there:

now i would like to use my application in outlook 2003. evereything works
fine, exept the menu.
i just can't create it. i think it's because there is a new version of the
outlook object library (outlook 11.0 instead of outlook 10.0).
or what do you think? any idea to handle this?

I tried this with OL 2003 some time ago and got it working. Are you using
