Smart Label Printer Problem

I have a client with a Seiko SmartLabel Printer 220.
It prints labels 1 1/8 x 3.5.
I cannot find any reference to it (or its equivalent) under the label
wizard nor can I find any support from Seiko.
I chose a similar size (continuous and landscape) and after some tweaking
can get it to print as a report.
However, although the preview looks perfectly centered top-to-bottom - when
it actually prints it is at the very bottom of the label and is sometimes cut
off.
Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Can you create a new report using the label wizard, and design a custom
label sheet? Measure out each of the dimensions on the label sheet.

Also, check the page properties, make sure there isn't a header or footer,
and the margins are at 0 also. If you had a header, it will shift all of
the measurements down by that much. Set each of these to 0" and try it.
