I have removed and disabled 'smart' tags in my documents repeatedly, but
they keep coming back. How can I kill these things completely? Is
there a way to uninstall the 'feature' as these stupid add-ons are called?
I fail to understand why Microsoft adds features like this - they're
driven by the same level of 'intelligence' as the paperclip...
