i am working with office 2003 pro, xp pro. i made sure all smart tags were
enabled and the date smart tag is functioning flawlessly.
the person one seems to not be working. i even sent an email to someone,
five minutes later openened their contact card, copy and pasted their name
into a cell, and still cant get the smart tag to recognize it.
if you have any ideas on what is happening, please help. also, if you have
the patience, can you help me understand where the 'list' is located, or what
'list' of data it is using to compare the data entered into the cell with to
identify smart tags?
