SmartTags: Outlook.exe - Application Error

Recently I'm getting a lot of "SmartTags: Outlook.exe - Application
Error...The instructions at "xxxx" referenced memory at "xxxx". The memory
could not be read" messages. Then it would crash Outlook.

Anyone have ideas as to why this is happening?
