SMTP address in "TO" column

Is there a method to force Outlook to display the actual SMTP address used, in the TO address column in Outlook, or is there a way to see which one of several active email accounts is receiving the bulk of the Spam? (SO that it can be removed from the multiple email entries for a recipient
