SMTP Display Name on Outlook 2003

We used to have SMTP Display Name in windows registry for
outlook 2000 and outlook 2002. When we upgrade to outlook
2003 it is no longer kept in the registry. Does anyone
know where it is kept ?
We are in business that requires to display that SMTP
Display Name on all printing outlook email.
