Snap To Mouse feature

After selecting the Snap to feature that automatically moves cursor to the
default box, it does not work. It previously did but seems to have stopping
doing so on its own.

Doesn't sound like an Outlook issue. Ask in a Windows newsgroup.

That option is found in your mouse settings and has nothing to do with
Outlook.
