Snapshot report to Office Links

Snp report - convert to links, dup fiel

Having a problem with a snapshot report when I click on the Office Links for
Windows 2003. When I view the snapshot report, the fields are correct. When
I click on the Office Links it duplicates a field.
For example: snapshot report shows field called (money)
When I click on the Office Link i get (money) (money)
Is this a problem with one of the settings in Microsoft Word? Any
suggestions?
