Snapshot Viewer 9.0 & Office 2003

I used the snapshot viewer alongside Office 2000 SP3 and
it worked fine. Now I have upgraded to Office 2003 and
the Snapshot viewer tries to run Office 2003 setup and
look for a file PRO.MSI which is not on the machine.
PRO11.MSI on the CD is not valid and neither are the
files on the Office 2000 CDs.

I get an error 1706 setup cannot find the specified file.
I have re-installed the viewer to no avail. How can I
work around this?
