Snapshot viewer error

I exported a snapshot on a Windows 2000 PC through Access
2000.

I emailed the snapshot file to a Windows 98 / Office 2000
user.

However, when snapshot viewer starts to open I get the
following error: SNAPVIEW caused a divide error in module
BR0HL01A.DRV at 0002:000038cl

Not sure how snapshot viewer functions but would it have
something to do with a printer driver? I do have a
Brother HL 1440 printer installed on the Win98 box. For
some reason I have a feeling that .DRV file is for it.

Any ideas?
