Snapshot viewer general question

Hello all,
I am outputting a report to the snapshot format and emailing it along with
the instructions to download the snapshot viewer to users.

My question is, some people are still not able to view the report. Do the
email recipients have to have MS Office or just Windows? I can't seem to get
that detail from Micosoft. Any other thoughts on why they can't view it?

The only need Windows. But in the past there where some problems
concerning the installation, which resulted in an unusable viewer.

Generate PDFs with lebans.com.
