snapshot viewer install fails on windows 2003 server

Hi
Im trying to install snapshotviewer onto a windows 2003 server. On reboot it
gives me an error
Faulting application acmsetup.exe, version 3.1.0.1622, faulting module
oleaut32.dll, version 5.2.3790.0, fault address 0x00060484.
The viewer window opens but is blank
Is there a new release or patch I am supposed to use for this Thanks
