Hello All,
Do you know where I can find documentation regarding
Snapshot regarding licensing?
I know you can download it, but who can use it?

Our company is very strict about software ownership. I
have trouble sending reports in Snapshot to some folks.
Can they legally load the software?

To prevent users outside my company from needing Snapshot Viewer, we have
started sending most of our reports in pdf format. You can download a free
pdf writer at www.cutepdf.com and it will install as a new printer on your
system. Then, anytime you print, instead of selecting your printer, just
select the pdf writer and it will save the item in pdf format on your
computer. You can then attach it to an email.

Almost everyone has Adobe Acrobat Reader.

i also found this app for pdf writing yesterday, installed it on win2k
and used it for a report to email - worked really well, no issues
opening the pdf in acrobat reader 6.
