snapshot viewer

I have a user that will receive reports as snapshot viewer reports.
Installed the snapshot viewer for her and you can see the report but the
headers are vertical and the text is not showing because it appears to be
horizontal in the column. How can I make it show up correctly?

I don't know the answer to your particular question, but I gave up on using
Access snapshot reports because the viewer just wouldn't work for some
users. I never found out why and also found too many others with the same
experience. Since then it's been PDFs instead of the snapshot.

I think if you go to leban's site (lebans.com) he has a module to print
snapshots to pdf.
this would probably be the ideal workaround for you, because adobe reader is
free and compatible with multiple platforms etc...

checkout his site and search "pdf", you should find it.
