Sneding folder to recipient

G

Graham Gobell

Hello and wonder if anybody can assist.

Is there a way to forward a folder with content which has
emails to another recipient, so for example, if I had a
folder which had emails already received and I want to
another recipient to also have a copy of all the emails
received is there a way where I can just send an email of
that folder.

Thanks in anticipation

Export the folder to a .pst file, rename to .ps_ and mail it with
instructions for how to rename the file to .pst.

Milly

I have tried this but when attaching the pst file to an
email it say Microsfot Office Word. The operation failed.

I exported the folder to my desktop and called it a pst
file, renamed to be a ps_ file, tried to attach but
received this error message.

Any further assistance would be appreciated

1) Don't use Word to compose the message
2) zip it up before sending it.
