Snoozed reminders don't reappear

I have a client with Outlook 2000 Pro running on Win XP. When she snoozes a
reminder, it will not come back up after the specified snooze time. When she
exits Outlook and then opens it back up, the reminder reappears. Starting
Outlook with the /cleanreminders option did not help.
